Review: Hanging Pawns (Fate Book 2) by Emersyn Vallis

Hanging Pawns by Emersyn Vallis

We all have choices in life… paths to take… roads to follow….
It’s on those journeys that fate finds us and takes us where we need to be… Without a second glance we can be taken away from things we know… "people we love" and given a new life...
One that can change us… save us…
What would you do if fate dropped you at a crossroads? Would you go back? Or would you run like hell the other way?

My Review

In book one, we are told the story of Sidney & Simon. In this book we learn the story of Mea & Josh.

Mea comes from money. She has a family but I wouldn't describe them as loving. Her mother is as cold & calculated as they come. Her father just seems to exist. It's a really sad home life.

Mea decides to do what's best for her. So she leaves one night and starts a new life. She meets Josh and he introduces her to Morgan & Molly, who in turn introduce her to the triplets-Simon, Dean & Chase.

It's a fun read with some romance. I really love Morgan & Molly and the spunkiness they bring out in Mea. Definitely my favorite in the series so far!
